Overcome your IBPS SBI PO exam Stress

With the increasing competition in Banking sector  not only students but their parents too get so much mental pressure or stress.So at that particular time both students and parents have to keep some important points in their mind so that their SBI po exam time can be stress free,and student can get good marks in their qualifying exam and get better chances to get an interview call.So what are those points we are talking about here is the list of those points read it and enjoy your next SBI po exam .

Small Stress is Must : 

If we have a little fear in our mind for our exam then it keeps us working hard under extreme conditions and leads our mind to continuously work on every single subject,ultimately stimulating our mind to get the best out of it which can improve our analytical,logical and working capacity under stress.In the absence of this small stress we will be sitting just folding our hands and the result is going to be a big zero.Further most the make sure that you need not to take so much stress that you get ill before exam which can be a horrible thing for you,as it is just an exam if this time your can't make it then why don't you try it second time with full confidence.

Make a good strategy :

what is more important and what is less important in the forthcoming bank exam,in which section you are weak and what is your strong section,what type of question are mostly asked,how much time you are going spend on a given section,which section you are going to attempt first , which section you want to do at last all these points are very important for you as an aspirant for bank exam,so it is the rite time for you to work on it and it is really going to help you a lot in your exam making you little stress free.

Set a goal :

when you exam in near and you are starting your study then it is a very bad technique,better you start your study 90 days before your any exam.As at the time of exam if we revise our earlier topic then we can memorize things for longer time,setting a 90 or 100 day goal before exam is good thing .

Make a do to List :

Set a time table,in which you are going to list what you are going to do in the next remaining day before exam,how long you have to study in a single day, time for revision as what you studied and when you are going orally to revise it .

What time suits you to study :

when you feel totally relaxed to study, is it in the morning evening or at night , when is your surrounding environment is very silent so that things can't distract your concentration,after knowing all these things set your study time.

Make your study Interesting : 

If you thing that you are going to study quantitative aptitude for next two days or general knowledge,then you are making your study boring.Try few hours for quantitative aptitude then go for next few hours with your favorite subject like computer , reasoning or english what every suits you most as per your mood.It won't make you feel boring and you can cover all your subject and you will not feel stress that you had not touch or read any particular subject so far.

Take a break :

Always keeping yourself busy with your study is not a good thing try having some good break in between and you can do what you love most in that break time like watching movies, going out for play,so that your mind be full of energy by getting fresh oxygen for the surrounding.

Have a proper sleep :

If you are not taking proper sleep then your brain is not getting sufficient time for relaxing and your concentration and memorizing power will get decreased and it can even lead to you illness so try to take a complete sleep of 7 to 8 hours at night.

Energy rich diet :

Many students skips their food and bravages during exam time which makes them physically and mentally weak so try having protein rich food and make sure a have a glass full of milk daily before you go to bed,as milk act as a lubricating agent for your brain and you will feel fresh in the next morning.So that you can read as much as you want with no stress at all.

Go for group study :

Try a group discussion and group study with your friends who too are preparing for the same exam.It can help you in problem solving and you will get a good and new idea about your exam from your friends,which will boost up your moral and your confidence for the bank exam.
