Easy steps to solve reasoning question

As competition is getting tougher and tougher with the each day counts so a single step or tips can make a huge difference to get qualified in the bank po exam which every one don't get so here are some suggestion you can read and apply in your forthcoming  bank exam.Which can be helpful for IBPS PO exam too.

1.Question Order
First use your 2 to 4 minutes in reviewing the whole exam paper like toughness of question, type of question and order of questions , first attempt the question which you can solve correctly no matter where it is because it will boost your confidence and will make your feel good , make sure your maintain the calm mind and then later to go the moderate question and finally the toughest one .Never waste a single second which question are new to you and you have not practice them back at home as they you make you to waste your valuable time and energy.

2.Proper timing
According to your weakness , strength and potential get a proper time you want to spend on the reasoning section keeping in mind that it is the toughest section of  whole bank exam.Try not to spend the maximum time on this section or first do the question which can make your qualify the given section in minimum time. As this technique will help you to get additional time to go through other type of question in small time.

This strategy will definitely make your interest in doing the section with good concentration of your brain and body .

3.Proper reading of the stimulus
While Reading puzzle passages which often discuss unfamiliar terms and theories which you don't actually need to understand, so Logical Reasoning differs in that , you must understand every single word of the stimulus and question stem. In my personal experience, students' often make mistakes result from carelessness and skimming the logic behind the question. So make the small notes on the paper while reading the question so that finally you can arrange all the important points and can solve the problem easily with 100 % correctness.Keep in mind that the logical relationship  The logical relationships between evidence and conclusion being tested in puzzle questions are often simpler than those with "easier" topics on other reasoning question.

4.Cross out unnecessary words
Although very single word of the question is must to understand the stimulus given behind the question, that doesn't make a sense that all given word of the stimulus is important. The very important words are those that form either the evidence or conclusion of a particular argument in any conditional question.Try erasing the unnecessary words hand to hand while your are reading the question and making the blue print to solve it in your mind.We know it is tough but practice can make it easy and can make a huge difference for you in the examination hall.

5.Draw your logical reasoning diagram
Whether  your mind say Yes and no. If should practice drawing diagram, for those question which are more more complicated (such as puzzle reasoning). However, it is not necessary for any question as long as you are getting the main points involved in it according to your strength and weakness so it  will definitely improve your question solving skills.

Easy steps to solve data interpretation question

As financial market is full of data analysis , so this section plays a crucial role in your selection no one can ignore it for sure , as working in a bank you have to take the tough decision for the proper benefit of the bank reviewing the past credit and debit history of the bank as such data is always in a tabular or pie chart forms. So through this section they want to know you decision and review ability with in a given spam of time with 100% correctness.

1.Point to point reading of question
Read the question carefully while solving the data interpretation question, be carefully while reading all the data given below with the graph or pie chart that comes with the question as it can help you in analysis of the question and what actually the examiner is expecting from you.

2.Proper and accurate data analysis

While now you are familiar with the question type next step is to analysis the given data or graph carefully underline or make a note of all important things that you feel will finally help in solving the problem.  he next step should be to analyze the given graph/data carefully. Don't read the question first and then find it answer accordingly.Using this method you are going to waste your valuable time.Try to understand the given graph. What is it all about? Which given years does it cover? Is the provided data in absolute terms or in  percentage form? What do the two axis of the graph signify?, etc. Visualize the statistics for each graph, table, chart or pie diagram.Make sure you understand the blue print of the data.

3.If given data is too long don't panic

As examiner are getting more and more smarter with the tough competition and having a tough pressure of sorting the good candidate among are applicant. So they are making long question look wise and providing very insufficient data and static with the every single question. While looking the question you can feel panic or down motivation this is what the examiner want to come in you so that you can fall in its trap, just relax remember size does matter but not all the time.As you can kill a big elephant  if you can put a single bullet in its head. Some time you don't understand the given data then try to read the question first and go back to data that can help you a lot.So it is very important that you people do not get disheartened by the size of the given data and skip the question without looking closely at it if you are don't getting the idea in limited time per question.

4.Avoid doing question with long calculation

Some questions given in the paper ask too much calculation to be done by you which needs lot of multiplication , addition , subtraction and division at the same time.So if you are in the first round of question solving then mark these question to be solved later as they will make you lose your valuable time. Now as you had solved all your easy questions you can solve these question now as you are left with enough time .These questions are defined as the speedbreakers.First attempting easy questions , you will definitely improve Data Interpreatation Score in SBI PO exam

5.Take close look for the units used

Now a days it is a common thing to see in a question paper that units used by the examiner in questions are different used in the data. For example, the data given may be about purchase volume in Trillion. However, the question may ask about purchase volume in lakhs. If you are not paying a close attention to the unit, you may chose the wrong answer in your exam. Another question may talk about two trains for example and may give the speed  in km/hr in one case and min/sec in another. So convert the units into the ones asked.

6.Learn how to approximate digits

Exams are not about finding the exact answer always. Sometime, the options given in the question are far enough from each other to give you enough space for approximation. Example, if you are asked to divide 342658/171224,so you can easily approximate that the answer will be somewhere around 3 by looking at the first two digits numbers only. 34/17 is 2. So, no need to divide the whole digit in numerator by the denominator ti get the accurate answer, try to find an approximate answer. This thing will help you elimination 1 or 2 options .

7.Try to do DI section first
Last 20 to 30 minutes often bring anxiety and higher stress level in your mind and body and solving DI questions you really need a cool head which can help you analysis the data very fast and with most accuracy. So make your mind before one or two days of the exam how you want to solve the DI section because last minute in an exam room always bring panic and trouble with them and your calmness only can help you to over it.So try to use single question in last minutes time .

Easy steps to solve English Language question

English language is the most important section in banking exam as candidate should obtain minimum cut off marks to qualifies the exam.So if you are failed in this section and pass in other section then you will be treated as a failed candidate. But the best part about this section is that you can score maximum marks in this section then any other section of the test. All you need is a little daily practice at your home.Good english knowledge is must in solving descriptive section question too.

1.Write a two page note daily
Writing a two page note daily will help you in improving your writing ability for you descriptive exam same time it will help you in your vocabulary and spelling skills. Since in your descriptive exam your thinking power is reflected and your grasp of the english language is also comes out.Doing this daily will make you write paragraph in a very short time and up to the as asked by the examiner .Well you can do start it by simply copying a passage from a news paper in your notebook, just to maintain your interest in the topic.

2.Check your grammar
Buy any good english grammar book from the market and you  can even ask it from your friends or teacher which can give you a better idea of which book is best in the market. As practice can make a man perfect same way you will become perfect if you are following the exercise given in your book daily. In starting it will give you problem as english is not our mother tongue but don't worry a good start can lead you to a successful life.Best thing while preparing your grammar is don't go to tenses first just try to understand the basic first as nouns, adjective, adverbs etc. When you will get the sufficient knowledge on this points you can shift to tenses.

3.Sentence formation
Try to use a simple language in sentence formation while your are writing your descriptive exam , use proper subject and verb combination as it will impress the examiner very much, don't use more words in a word limit question which are asked by the examiner .Try reading any frictional novels or any books which are as per your interest.

4.Five words concepts
Lock it that you have to learn 5 new words daily. So this will increase your vocabulary and it is going to be more helpful in understanding the meaning of a paragraph mostly given in unseen passage in exam.Remember a 4000 to 6000 words vocabulary is minimum what you need straight on your finger tips to crack any english exam .So don't waste your time start from today.

Easy steps to solve General Awareness question

As lot of things are happening around the words and which later turns to the general awareness in the modern day examination. So it is playing a crucial role in merit as most of the people are not good with this section as they don't have sufficient resources from where they can get the good knowledge of general awareness which is categories in marketing and computer basis.Following are some points which can help you a lot in your exam.

1.News paper reading and news watching
Scientifically it has been proved that when we involve more then one senses in any work or thing we can remember it for a longer period so try to watch news daily like cnbc awaaz. With your morning cup of tea or coffee you can read your news paper but it is not a good effective way, we should give a separate time for reading the news paper and making the notes of your important points on a regular basis.Economic or business section are more important for you so never skip these article from your news paper .

2.Monthly magazines
Buy a good monthly magazine like pratiyogita darpan which is a good national level magazine.Make a bookmark of some website which are updated from time to time so that if you miss any thing in your day today hectic life you can later find it over there.make a group of your friends who can share their knowledge with you and this can make a good benefit for whole of your group.Just stick to a single or two reliable  book only as there are many books in the market which can not give to best things but are going to divert your attention and will make you feel stressed only .

3.Try being a member on any social networking app sites
Internet is a boon for us only if we use it for good purpose so make good use of it and join any app or site which is providing you level general awareness.Make sure you don't get addicted to these sites and app and waste your valuable time here because you have joined them just for study only and not for fun.Never share your personal information on these sites.

4.Stick to your content
In banking exam topic on economy sports computer and current affairs are asked so please go through the previous year papers pattern and make your personal list on which topic you have to study never waste your time on other topic and try not to go for a debate with your friends or any person with such useless topics as it will make you stressed and helpless.

Dear reader if do you have any points to be add to this list? Disagree with any of my point? Let us know in the comments section. Please do share this article with your  friends if you liked it.

Iron importance and health

IRON AND OUR HEALTH

We all are familiar with Essential vitamins and minerals but did you ever wonder how important role they play in making my body healthy, energetic and full of smile.Well one among these is Iron.In compliance with the World Health Organization norms which says that 80 percent of the present world's population is iron-deficient.So the question is  Are we getting enough of Iron?

Iron importance as a mineral and why ?

Iron as a mineral need by every single living cell in our body hence it is the most important nutrients of our body health. It maintain regular cell growth and proper muscles strength and effective immune system against diseases, but the most important role that it play in our body is that it act as a carrier of oxygen from lungs to every single part of our body as iron is the part of protein hemoglobin.Iron also a part of good numbers of enzymes. As enzymes act as a catalyst in various digestion process of food carried in the stomach of our body making our digestion more simple and rapid which in result give proper energy to the body.So if we don't have sufficient iron in our body many parts of our body get affected from it and we can't properly do our normal day today work in our life.

How to diagnose signs and symptoms of an iron deficiency

Iron deficiencies occurs over time and are commonly  associated with low dietary intake or excessive blood loss from the body. But in typical cases, the deficiency can lead to anemia.

Signs and symptoms :
· Fatigue or weakness
· Glossitis ( an inflamed tongue )
· Difficulty in maintaining proper body temperature
· Hair loss
· Decreased concentration
· Low work and school performance
· Decreased immune system
· Headaches
· Brittle, chipping nails

How much iron do we need for our body?

The Recommended Dietary Allowance( RDA ) for iron by gender and age group is as follows.
Infants ( ages 07-12 months ) 11 mg per day
Children (ages 1-10): 7 to 10 mg per day
Women (ages 19-50): 18 mg per day
Pregnant Women: 27 mg per day
Lactating Women: 9 to 10 mg per day
Men (ages 19 and older): 8 mg per day

Some good food sources include:
Oysters, 3 oz = 10.2 mg
Clams, canned, drained, 3 oz = 23.8 mg
Soybeans, cooked, 1/2 cup = 4.4 mg
Organ meats (liver, giblets, etc.), 3 oz = 5.2 to 9.9 mg
Spinach, cooked, 1/2 cup = 3.2 mg
Lentils, cooked, 1/2 cup = 3.3 mg

Find who is at risk of an iron deficiency?

There is no particular niche whom we can say will be at risk of iron deficiencies anyone among us can develop an iron shortage, but some people are more at risk who are they??? Babies : Those who have born early and  underweight babies.Children : Who have special health related needs for example children with chronic infections or restrictive diet or habits.Women and adolescent girls: From the period of menstruation to pregnancy, each women not only lose more iron than any other group, they also need more of it (especially when they are going through pregnancy).Vegetarians: As iron from meat is more readily-absorbed by our stomach than iron from plant sources, vegetarians people will have a tough time meeting the recommended daily dose of iron. Vegans need almost twice as much iron per day than non-vegetarians peoples ( mostly females).Digestive diseases:Individuals suffering from celiac disease, Irritable bowel or Crohn's syndrome are at a higher risk because they may not be able to absorb much of the nutrient form the food they are eating.Well Iron deficiency and anemia are generally uncommon in men and post-menopausal women because they lose very little blood.

Tips to prevent it and get more iron in your diet

We all need a healthy life and do follow balanced diet chat but some time ignore little things which really counts in this categories if you can eat meat then have it as it is a good source of iron. If you are a vegetarian then try these given option, so that you body can absorb as much iron as it requires.1. Add sufficient vitamin C to your every single meal. As per the new studies it has been cleared that vitamin C can boost up iron intake by 50 percent in human beings.2.Get a good iron-fortified foods. Many companies in the processed food industries now fortify cereals and breads with iron.3. Avoid coffee or tea as these are full of caffeine . Scientists proved it by research that drinking coffee may inhibit how your body absorbs the nutrient from the food you eat.4.Make sure Iron and calcium don't mix. Nutrients like calcium can hinder your body's iron absorption power by half, so stay away from it while you're eating iron rich food.5.Use cast iron for cooking. Using iron pots or pans which will increase the amount of iron you get in your food almost 10-fold for every meal.
