As second round of counselling had been finished in Uttar Pradesh for the recruitment for Junior Schools Maths and Science Teacher and only around 9500 seats has been filled so it is must that third counselling will be done by the state government for the vacant seat and regarding this the data from the individual district has been send to the government that soon after finalisation the third counselling cut off will be issued.

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council, Lucknow has clearly shown the sign for conduct the third round of Counselling for Recruitment of 29334 junior school Math and Science teachers.

Vacant Seat:- After second round of counselling only 9500 seat had been filled so far therefore 19800 vacant seat are avaliable for third round of counselling.

Counselling Date:- Third Round of Counselling will start from 21 August till 22 August,2014 due to holiday on the mentioned date in the GO.

Merit/ Cut off Date- this time there will be fluctuation of 3% to 4% in all most all the categories and surely government will call 10 times more candidate, against the available seat

This is the most controversial question of all the time in the history of Uttar pradesh teacher recruitment since 2011 but still it is not sort out but why ? Reasons are many but only a person having Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Teacher Eligibility Test (T.E.T) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) passed know the depth of the question as they have been suffering and burning in this TET Versus Academic Merit For Junior Arts Language and Science Vacancy in Uttar Pradesh. Each one of us is having our own views in this regard may be we are wrong or right in our views but how this is effecting the future of our students in Uttar Pradesh who want to have a successful career in teaching.Some people think recruitment should be done on the basis of TET merit while other group want that it should be done on academic merit so what should government do in this situation.

Advantage of TET Merit

First TET exam in Uttar Pradesh was held back in the year 2011 where pass percentage of students was very high point to be noted here is at the time of advertisement it was clearly mentioned that this exam is just a eligibility test that time students were not aware of the fact that the ruling government of that time is going the consider this exam for the recruitment of 72825 teachers in uttar pradesh,so many students just cleared the exam and didn't score much like other students who got more than 125+ marks ,later when the recruitment notification was issued heart of many low TET marks students get shattered as they never thought it would happen that way,but government made it clear that many students who had passed their high school , intermediate and graduation from eastern uttar pradesh have very high academic because they cheated in the exam as we had seen many such news in many leading news papers of that time and it had be authentically proved that cheating had been done, so more or less it was a good decision by the government to fill the vacancy through TET merit exam. Secondly their was no need to conduct any other entrance exam for the recruitment by the government as this exam it self was like any entrance exam.Third was the best way in sorting out the people from group of more 5 lakhs B.Ed and B.T.C passed students who are eligible in the basis of their current and educational knowledge and who is best among the best will get job.
                           Well the very important point to be noticed here is that the TET exam was not held cheating free and head who conducted the exam was held by police for scrutiny and many breaches are held in the exam as 4-5 time the answer key were changed, the people who are having high approach in the education department increased their marks as per their choice and hence played with the future of many hard working and eligible student for the post , so is this a good selection procedure in Uttar Pradesh ?.

Advantage of Academic Merit

It is clear TET exam 2011 was not held cheating free as it is good to fill the vacancy with academic merits,First academic merit is good only of those students who are regular and consistent in teaching.Science students are having more academic marks then arts students as it is having a practical section in graduation and this point keeps science students one step ahead of arts students.Secondly academic merit is made by considering marks from high school to B.Ed level so every section of student life is considered in making the merit .Third if recruitment is done by this process then students with low academic merit too can get a government job which is good as in this section thousand of students occupy the place.Fourth the academic merit show the over all growth and hard work of a student from his childhood till graduation and if these people will be selected as a teacher then surely they will give a good moral and centralised education to the children's at the schools.
                   If it had already been proved at in the eastern uttar pradesh many students good good academic marks on the basis of teaching then how can we say that this method of selection is best of the above too and we can not ask for its scrutiny by government as lakhs of deserving candidate will not get job and cheaters will get the job. ?

So Far What Teacher Eligibility Test (T.E.T) Had Given us ?

(A) If in a family their are two brothers or sister , and if one among them is TET pass then other sister feels that she or he is his enemy as in future only TET pass is going to get a job same is the case between good friends and these days they don't talk to each other because of this TET exam.
(B) Before the teacher recruitment is started people start raising their voice against the selection procedure and comment by saying that it should be done on the basis of TET or Academic basis and finally the recruitment goes in the court by having a writ on it.
(C) TET 2011 exam as very easy and the pass percentage was very very high and thousand of people scored more then 130+ marks but what about those people who give their exam in 2013 where pass percentage was very very low and it was so tough to score 100+ marks so are these people not very intelligent as those who pass in 2011 and if this score is considered for next five year then only 2011 candidates will be more benefited till the next five years .
(D) What kind of exam is this that students can sit in it as many times he or she wish ,don't yo think it is same if we are allowing any students to take as many exam he or she want to get good marks in high school in intermediate or at graduation and collect 4-5 marks sheet of same exam and at the time of vacancy apply with the mark sheet with highest marks ?.

What is the Best Method of selection for teacher vacancy in Uttar Pradesh ?

No one can give the best answer for this question but the best thing government can do is to make some amendment or notification that no one can go to court by applying writ on the notification and before the finally notification is published government should as the public review on the blue print of the advertisement and then after changing the issued marks by objection publish the final notification.
Well their are many others points but its tough to mention all of them here but every single students in the state whats that if the vacancy are issued by the government then they should be filled in the minimum possible time hence saving the time and money of the students .

In February our neighbouring state had issued the notification for 903 primary teachers and the state name is Uttrakhand and you people will be surprised to know the method of their selection as the government of that state give equal weight age to TET as well as academic merit and the recruitment had been finished in a very peaceful manner. where are arts student 14,667 seats gone for junior high school ?

Wonder, 14,667 seat yes this matter is related with the ongoing recruitment of 29,334 junior science teacher because last year government had decided to fill the 50% junior vacancy directly by making amendment in the constitution of education,so according to that amendment 50% seat in junior school are to be filled by the direct promotion from primary level and remaining 25% seats are to be directly filled by science students and other remaining 25% seats are to be filled by arts students may be including language TET pass candidate as it is clear that 25% of 29,334 is 14,667 so fill government at present processing counselling for whole 29,334 seats by science candidate we don't see any future for arts seat in Uttar Pradesh.
                           One side government is filling all the vacant seat at junior high school and on the other side giving nonsense statement about 21,000 language vacancy i wonder how can this be possible may be i am wrong but seeing the present scenario i can say that grapes are sore for arts student in Uttar Pradesh.

Why is the destiny of arts student in Uttar Pradesh

It is clear from this news that government is playing with the emotion and feelings of arts student as giving jobs only to science student which arts students too deserve along with language students if we are working hard to clear our exam and will not get job being a arts students then it is clear that our future is very bad or will get even worse then ever if it was government policy to fill all the seat then why government is conducting arts TET and language TET too, may be their motto is to make arts student bag to get two meals of the day.
                   If government had already decided to fill all the jobs by science student then they should have give a notification earlier and we all students should have tried for any other career in the mean time as i know mostly every single students have spend 24-36 months of their life in clear the B.Ed and TET exam and still the result is Zero.

Why Junior Science seats are not filled even after second counselling In Uttar Pradesh

(A) As science vacancy were only 14,667 but government go against the constitution and is willing to filled all seat by science students as seat increased but there are not eligible candidate for the post then i am sure for junior total five counselling will be done.
(B) If the seat had been only 14,667 for science students then it would have be filled after second counselling only but here science student must make it clear that we are not against them but we congratulate them for the job because the are too our brothers and sisters and they too need job like us.
(C) Science students with very low academic merit may be around 50.00 will get a job and arts students with very high academic merit around 75.00 will not get a job is it called the equal opportunity for employment in our constitution.
(D) When there are not eligible science students available for the post , from where government is going to generate the candidate for the counselling.

Divide and rule policy by the government ?

One side government is talking about the jobs for arts students will come but as per the data available in the news when there are no seat vacant how can they will fill the arts jobs this is very important point to be noted
Same time government is talking about 21,000 language vacancy but till the present date does not give any official statement about the recruitment notification , so it is clear that government is following the policy of divide and rule making arts and language students fighting for the job and in the mean time giving job to science students.

As in Uttar Pradesh teacher recruitment is going on for mass scale vacancy in primary level school for as many as 72,825 teachers and in junior high school science level vacancy are around 29,334 no matter what every single student is facing in terms of troubles, harassment and mental depression like wise government to is under the supreme court order to fill the vacancy so sooner or latter these vacancies are going to be filled and we personally congratulate to all those candidate who had applied for these post , but what is the future of those people who are having Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) professional degree and are not science student ?

Does Bachelor of Arts Students don't need Job or their study is useless ?

Every year lakhs of students apply for professional degree knows as Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) as they dream to have a good career in teaching field important point here is that these students get enrolled in every college under the arts and science categories seats so this is the primary or essential qualification of becoming a teacher in future well there are many others courses too having get enrolled in those courses one can become a teacher such as Basic Training Certificate (B.T.C.) and Nursery Teacher Training (N.T.T.) but one have to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (T.E.T) either conducted by the state or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
                           After completing these courses students waits for the vacancies and what happen when government post vacancies for only science students and not for arts students well thousand of people heart get shattered and they feel depressed for not being a science students and they start feeling biased with the government on the bases of education, so why government don't think twice before taking such decision related to a particular community of people well many question arise in our mind like are science students more intelligent ?,is it useless to study arts subject ?, why government is giving social studies teaching at junior high school if recruitment is going for only science students only ? and many more questions we have all of us in our minds which can be thousand i guess.......

Why arts subject are important too for junior high school

If we talk about aided or government junior high school subject, their are at present 8 different subject being taught to them such as English, Science, Maths, Social Studies, Hindi and many more etc.We study language in order to have a good communication with the people of our religion and to express our feeling and desire in an easy way,Science to make our life easy as it is based on experiments,Maths for making day today calculation related to our family needs and finally Social studies for making our children's having good moral atticate and understand the basic need and requirement of our society and spreading communal Harmony in the society related to environment and particular region of the country and state so each subject have a very important role in giver proper education to the children's.
                   Jean Jacques Rousseau a Swiss-French Philosopher and Political Theorist said child should be give education in a natural environment away from all troubles now imagine a class full of science and maths books and students are being forced to study them by the teacher then how that group of students will get proper education and they don't really want to read that subject because if government is going to fill only science vacancy then government should stop teaching the social studies and all language subjects in the school and if government is not doing this then how can a science teacher is going to teach a language and social studies subject at school because he has done his teaching in science subject at the time of training so like wise arts subject are important to in giving over all and complete education to a children.

Why Junior Arts And Language Vacancy Should be announced In Uttar Pradesh

(A) Now those students who are having Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree and also passed their Teacher Eligibility Test (T.E.T) exam and are arts student what will happen of their future if government is not going to announce the job.
(B) If government is not going to announce any job for arts teacher at junior level and had stoped Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) students for going to primary level then why government is conducting the Arts and language TET exam again and again just to collect the funds or increasing the unemployment in the state.
(C) As science recruitment is going on and after their posting these candidate will become senior to those students who will get job in future if government is going to announcing arts vacancy too but if they had cleared the TET exam with arts students then how can this be possible to help the students of particular science subject only which is against to the article 15 and 16 in our constitution.
(D) Is is wrong to study arts subject from junior schools to higher degree colleges if so then why don't government stop or remove arts subjects from schools and colleges because if we can't get the job by studying these subjects then it is useless to study these subjects .
(E) Every single students had spend lot of money in education in studying the arts subjects and same was done by science students then why only science students are getting job why not arts and language students not getting it.
(F)If government is talking about Special Leave Petitions in India (SLP) then an official announcement should be given along with its number so that people won't say that TET language exam is invalid.

Is It a Vote Bank Politics ?

No idea what government is thinking rite now but i can say if they are planning to follow the policy of divide and rule then we can make sure that arts and language students can change any government and will vote for only those government who is going to give them a job and many time we see new in leading news papers for the announcement of language teachers but yet no official announcement were made by the government so if government is planning to fill these vacancies before state election then they Will be in trouble as we already now their motto
So government should take some good step rite now and officially make some announcement in order to clear all the points which every arts and language student is expecting from the government and give equal employment opportunity to each and every citizen of the sate and we can proudly say that this government has given us job and we are going to support it in the coming future

As in Uttar Pradesh recruitment is going on  for  Junior Schools Maths and Science Teacher so government has issued the list of  Second Counseling  as after first counselling 20000 seats of teacher were remained vacant against 29334 Teachers recruitment for the year 2013-2014

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council, Lucknow will Conduct the second phase of Counseling for Recruitment of junior school Math and Science teachers . As Uttar pradesh Basic education Council had announced 29,334 vacancies in Junior high Schools back in the year 2013

Counseling Date:- Second Round of Counseling will be held on 23 July and 24 July 2014 at the district headquarters or in the respective DIET.

Merit/ Cut off Date- there is a fluctuation of only 2.001% to 2.065 % in all most all the categories.

Available Vacancies:- Second round of counseling is schedule for filling of more than 20000 vacancies.

Secretary of Basic education Mr. H.L.Gupta has issued new notification dated 15 July 2014 regarding second round of counseling. Secretary of Basic Education Council, Allahabad is directed to take proper action & make suitable arrangements regarding the successful completion of  second round of counseling and to issue the cut off list of respective district

First Round of counseling was completed successfully and was held on 7 & 8 July 2014. First round of counseling was done for the 29,334 post of Maths & Science Teacher But only 8500 Candidates participate in this round. Basic education council issued Merit List and called candidates 3 times more with respective to available seat based on Reservation, Cast & subject wise . Candidates having  special reservation was called 5 times more in according to the seat available at the time of counseling.

Due to lack of sufficient and suitable candidates for Counseling Basic Education council asked permission for organize second round of counseling for the state government.

So it is a interesting moment to see in this scenario that how much candidates will be available for second round of Counseling scheduled on dated 23 July and 24 July 2014. At present there is a huge lack of teachers in the upper primary schools for math and science teacher. Next to see is what suitable action Council will take if total seats are not filled in second counseling.
