How to crack bank interview tips and tricks : :

How to crack bank interview tips and tricks
After we crack our Bank written exam the ball rings for the Bank interview call and we all starts looking to the blog post on Bank interview tips or articles on how to crack a bank interview successfully , tips for bank interview etc . And waste much of our precious time and energy here i am talking on some important points on the interview tips for bank exam or any other exam such as IBPS Bank interview tips .

Some necessary Conditions for Success at the Bank Interview these days can be sort out on the following points :-

Proper Study

As has already been pointed out earlier, the candidate should do full preparation for the interview and collect and study all the necessary, proper and useful material.

Memory

A good candidate is expected to have good memory and a nice sense of perception. He should practice to remember things by heart, which means the candidate must learn to take studies seriously and read with full attention.

Self Confidence

No candidate can face an interview successfully if he lacks self-confidence. The world is not meant for shaky and nervous people.Lack of confidence often arises out of different types of shortcomings. The candidate must try to know his weak points and get rid of them. For this the knowledge of the subject is the first requirement. One who has proper knowledge and has it by heart is not diffident or afraid of and the interviewer. Rather, he welcomes the opportunity to express himself and display his knowledge. This is self-confidence which a candidate must possess in plenty.
A man lacking in self-confidence is not able to answer questions about things with which he is fully conversant. It is, therefore, very necessary that at the time of the interview the candidate should shake off all the timidity, shyness and nervousness. Any of these drawbacks would do great harm to the candidate. At the time of interview, the candidate ought to be fully composed and calm.
To develop self-confidence, one should try to be sociable and must different categories of people. He should attend meetings, take part in seminars, debates, games and sports etc. This would go a long way in removing shyness and nervousness of the candidate.

Pleasant Disposition

The candidate should practice to have a pleasant smile all the time. People with a smiling face are always welcome, as if they invite the other party for conversation. No body likes to have a discourse with a man having 'funeral looks'. smiling face gives the impression to the interviewers of the candidate being confident of himself and and full of hope.

No inferiority Complex

Persons suffering from inferiority complex behave like a timid man and a coward. They are not able to tell the proper time. The candidate should shake-off all feelings of meanness or smallness in him. Rather, he should develop in himself the feeling that he is a capable and efficient person.

Proper Answers

(Exact Expression) There are two words, vis a vis, a question-reply and answer. The candidate is expected to give an answer and not merely a reply. Answer means an exact reply. The candidate must give a straight and to the point answers. When the answer is a 'yes' or a 'no', the candidate should merely say either 'yes' or 'no'. The use of the word 'perhaps' does more harm than one would normally think. The use of the 'perhaps' denotes the shaky and wavering mental state of the candidate, which normally reflects that he did not know the correct answer. In case the candidate does not know a thing and is not in a position to give the answer,he or she should have courage enough to say that he or she did not know the answer. To say_ "I am sorry","I can not answer this question,"is a better way to acquit oneself than to beat about the bush and get lost. The answer should contain solid and real material.
The next point to bear in mind is to avoid repetition. Saying the same thing again and again means that the candidate has very limited material at his disposal and was trying to mark time or to cheat the interviewers. The answers should be such as may prove the candidate to be a man of fine taste and upright aptitude. While answering a question, the habit of talking with rubbing teeth, closed lips and a twisted tongue. Some close their eyes and move hands. All these things create an adverse impression. The candidate should speak as if he or she was talking to a person in a normal way. Affected speech is a wrong approach not relished by the interviewers.
The candidate must not speak while a person sitting opposite is saying anything or putting a question.Answer is to be given only when the question has been put in full. If ever some mistake on your part is pointed out do accept the same at once with a note of thanks and apology. One more thing. The candidate must answer in the language in which a question is asked. The last but not the least thing in this regard is that the candidate should use polite and sweet language. But at no stage should the candidate display any resentment or emotionalism.

Smartness and Alertness

At the time of the interview, the candidate should be smart and behave like an alert man. He should take the minimum time to understand and answer the question put to him by the interviewer. He must not have many occasions to say 'beg your pardon',or ask the interviewer to repeat the question. Sometimes, the interviewer interrupts the candidate while he was answering a question and chooses to put another the question. At times altogether a different type of question is put.In such a case, the candidate should forget the question which he was answering earlier and give all the attention to the new or the fresh question. Failing this, the candidate is not able to concentrate on the new question and puts himself in an awkward situation.
The candidate is expected to give the impression to the interviewer that he was all the time too attentive to the questions the interviewers were asking and was giving the answers with full attention. In no way and on no account should the candidate create the impression that he was utmost serious about the interview and that he came for the interview in a serious mood and not only to gain experience. The candidate should show that he had a real liking for the job.

Proper dress code

To be dressed properly at the time of interview is very necessary 'Proper' does not mean gaudy or costly dress. It means that the dress must be befitting the wearer and the occasion. One must make a difference between a suit for a marriage party and a suit for a picnic or a dinner or tea party, and a suit for the interview. In this regard, the following words of Polonius may be very useful to the candidates:- "Be not expressed in fancy, rich not gaudy; for the apparel often  proclaim the man."                                                                      The dress should be simple, sober, pleasing and complete. If the time is that of winter, a woolen suit may be worn. If it is an open collar coat, a tie of the matching color is a necessity. If it is summer, a bush-shirt and pant may be worn. But the shirt should be of full sleeves. The coat or bush-shirt, as the case may be, should be well-buttoned. The shade of the clothes should be suitable and according to the season. With a pant, socks must be worn. Kurta must not be worn with a pant. In short, the candidate should feel natural and at ease with the clothes put on at the time of interview. The shoes should be well polished and clean.                                                                                                                 The candidate should be well shaved and his hair should be well-combed without looking much oily. The only aim is that the candidate should look smart and poised without looking bold or shaky.

Good Manners

The candidate's behavior before the interviewers is almost the deciding factor. The manners show the status, breeding, background and education of the candidate. Manners are revealed in how the candidate opens the door, walks in the room, stands before the interviewers, how he takes the chair when asked to do so, how he talks, how he answers questions, how he goes back, etc. Manners shown at the time of interview help the interviewers to judge the candidate in two ways-how he behaves with his elders and superiors, and secondly, how he would behave with the common man when the time comes.  The candidate has to bring out the best in him at the time of the interview. This is done through good manners and courteous behavior.
